The staff is always friendly. The wait is usually quick. I love that I have never had a salesperson come while I'm waiting for my vehicle to finish getting serviced. My only negative is that the service advisors do not typically come speak to you about the additional services needed. Today I got a text about my services but never had anyone personally explain to me what was needed ( in person or via phone call). At another visit it was someone that was not my advisor that came to ask if I'd like the additional services. More
