When I called concerning a question I had about the online service addition, he picked up right away and explained everything to me. At the start he said it would be about 2 hours, and he was almost exact to the minute! Great experience, and I will continue taking our vehicles back to Jason and the Heyward Allen service team. More
All though I did not buy my 2021 Toyota Camry from Heyward Allen ( I bought it from Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Sandy Springs where my grandson Parker Hendricks works) I live in Good Hope Ga. I bring my Heyward Allen ( I bought it from Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Sandy Springs where my grandson Parker Hendricks works) I live in Good Hope Ga. I bring my car here for service. Suddenly I was unable to use the GPS with my phone. Larry Griffin came out and worked with my phone for over 30 minuets. It turns out it was my phone not the car. It's a shame my phone is not as reliable as my car! Thank you so much for training your staff to be considerate to your customers no matter what the problem. A big thanks to Larry. My experience with Heyward Allen was excellent! I wanted to purchase a very specific vehicle and they did not have it on their lot. Kelvin worked really hard to locate the model I wanted and handled every detail of getting it to Athens for me. Trey was very helpful with the purchase process. We loved working with him! July made the finance portion quick and found us the best possible options for our budget. I will always head to Heyward Allen first when it's time to purchase a vehicle or when I need my car serviced! More
I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. I have been having my car serviced here for 6 years as a loyal customer. I took my 2012 Toyota Highlander in two weeks ago due to check engine light I have been having my car serviced here for 6 years as a loyal customer. I took my 2012 Toyota Highlander in two weeks ago due to check engine light being on. I was charged $288 for a diagnostic check and new spark plugs. After leaving the dealership the check engine light came back on. I called and was told to bring it back in. I took more time out of my day to bring it back. I was told at that visit that the plugs and coil packs were fine, and they could not find the problem. The next day I drove my family to Tybee Island and the driving conditions were even worse. When I got back, I tried to get it seen about immediately and was told they were slammed and could not see me immediately. I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out a 3rd time and was told I needed a new engine that would cost $8000-$10000. I asked to be reimbursed for the $288 repair that did not fix the issue since it wasn't the actual cause of the problem. I was told by an Assistant Service Manager they would not compensate me for the repair. If you are searching for reviews of their service, do not rely on FB or Google reviews. Please go to the BBB to see the complaints and ratings there. I sincerely hope this review prevents others from wasting their time and money at this dealership service center. I thought that after 6 years of being a loyal customer I would have been treated more fairly. More
