I took my 2018 Highlander in for the 20k service. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. Kayla was particularly helpful and answered all of my questions. I was in and out in under an hour. Poor customer service and poor ethics…Appointment for Poor customer service and poor ethics… Appointment for standard oil change. Paid $60 in January. Had a coupon for $40. Arrive at appointment, se Poor customer service and poor ethics… Appointment for standard oil change. Paid $60 in January. Had a coupon for $40. Arrive at appointment, service rep said oil change is $100 bc of inflation. Told them $40+ in inflation in less than a year is not realistic. Explained I had a coupon but left at home, do they have any way of honoring the coupon/deal… they said no. Drive back home, get the coupon and pay $40.
