We are working with insurance, parts, paint, service, all together to make sure the repair is done properly. We understand the frustration in the time it takes to complete work but rest assured we are doing our best to complete your vehicle and get it back to you. We hope you will reconsider your review and understand we try to get your vehicle back to you but do not want to rush such detailed repairs.

This was the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle from Heyward Allen. J was great, informative and no pushy at all. It was so nice dealing with him. I had an approval through my bank and when I got to the Heyward Allen. J was great, informative and no pushy at all. It was so nice dealing with him.
