Great place to buy a car but good luck getting it serviced. I was just told they were changing to "appointment only" after driving 30 miles for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance. While on the phone to schedule, I mentioned that I received a letter about a recall. The young lady told me that the fuel pump replacement could be done the same day. When I arrived, the service person told me that it couldn't be done that day. He told me it would probably be 3 weeks before they could schedule. I mentioned the letter said the car could stall while going down the road. The service man said, "Yes, it could." He was very nonchalant about this being a dangerous situation and would not try to get me an appointment sooner. I called another dealership and they made an appointment in 2 days to repair the recall. Heyward Allen just lost a long term customer. More
