I scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance. While on the phone to schedule, I mentioned that I received a letter about a recall. The young lady told me that the fuel pump replacement could be done the same day. When I arrived, the service person told me that it couldn't be done that day. He told me it would probably be 3 weeks before they could schedule. I mentioned the letter said the car could stall while going down the road. The service man said, "Yes, it could." He was very nonchalant about this being a dangerous situation and would not try to get me an appointment sooner. I called another dealership and they made an appointment in 2 days to repair the recall. Heyward Allen just lost a long term customer. More
Great place to buy a car but good luck getting it serviced. I was just told they were changing to "appointment only" after driving 30 miles for an oil change. My daughter has already started driving to Gainesville because of the lack of service. Where it's serviced is where I'll purchase in the future. More

Our car buying experience at Heyward Allen was great from start to finish. First of all, the staff is wonderful, very friendly, courteous, and professional. Samantha Fulford, who we met initially via email, put us in contact with our sales associate, Phil Cross. Phil discussed with us all of the option packages of the car we were interested in, the Highlander. Once we we had decided on the particular model, Phil quickly found one for us in the delivery pipeline. We then discussed the trade-in value of our car, and Phil gave us a very fair offer. Finally we agreed upon a financing package, and Phil said he would call us as soon as the car arrived. We were pleasantly surprised when the car arrived much sooner than expected. At the dealership, Phil went over in great detail all of the car’s features. We then met with July Zavala to discuss financing options and extra protection for our new car, which went really well. We love our new Highlander and look forward to working with Heyward Allen in the future. More

I got no less than 5 reminder emails, texts, and live phone calls to insure that I didn’t miss the appointment. Check in was unnecessarily delayed. 40 hours later I had not heard from them, so early the next morning I called. Was put on hold twice. Finally their representative said the car was ready (yesterday). You would have thought they could have emailed, texted, or called sooner. My local tire dealer provides a much higher level of customer service at better prices. More

Mitchell, III, PROS Certified Sales Consultant, who provided excellent service in my selection of the Camry LE which is perfect for me. Mr. Mitchell was most informative in explaining the detailed features of the car, as well as the service contract and warranty. He introduced me to Levi Taylor, PROS Certified Assistant Service Manager, who was most friendly, and explained the car-servicing process in detail. My experience at Heyward Allen Toyota was notably pleasant, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family members. More
