While I have seen some negative reviews for Heyward Allen, they do not reflect my experience with the dealership at all. My dealings with Tyler and John were a pleasure. They found the vehicle I was lo Allen, they do not reflect my experience with the dealership at all. My dealings with Tyler and John were a pleasure. They found the vehicle I was looking for for the price I wanted to pay and had it onsite, ready for pickup the same afternoon. No other dealers seemed to take me seriously during my internet inquiries. Their price was almost 10% under what I had been quote by another dealer for the same exact vehicle. Can't argue with that! More

The Heyward Allen Toyota Service Dept keeps puzzling me almost every time I visit. The latest was for new tires, safety recall on some software and 125K service. So I scheduled this online which they hav almost every time I visit. The latest was for new tires, safety recall on some software and 125K service. So I scheduled this online which they have been pushing for years now, but when I show up with my printed quote the service rep Brian says he’s never seen a quote that looks like mine. Let’s add that to things we never say out loud to a customer. The dealership ignored what I entered online and decided to add a service I did not ask for and kindly had that all ready to go in the new quote. When I returned to pick up my car the invoice had no mention of the safety recall being serviced or the 125K service that I requested. Sure, 125K with new tires is only a look over and topping off the fluids but when you don’t include that on the ticket then what am I to think? Did you or did you not do it. Heyward Allen Service Dept some days your good but this day you were not. It only takes a few of these experiences to make me change what I drive. You guys are better than this. More
