I’ve been going to get my Yaris serviced at Heyward for about 2 years now. I’ve had some really amazing experiences but today was rocky. I came in with a coupon expecting to get an oil change, rotation, wi about 2 years now. I’ve had some really amazing experiences but today was rocky. I came in with a coupon expecting to get an oil change, rotation, wipers replaced, my fluids topped off, battery checked, and a multipoint inspection. I was greeted and checked in promptly, which I really appreciate! I explained that I would like everything on the coupon done so that I could use it. My service advisor this time was Dean but unfortunately I felt unheard many times during my visit. Initially only my oil was changed and I got the tire rotation. However, after speaking to the cashier, I was able to get everything I wanted to be done. I referred and brought my friend today as well to have her Carolla serviced and she was able to use a completely different and positive experience. Though I am beyond happy she had such a great visit, it was very discouraging to have yet another negative one. More

Even though we live in Dacula, we chose to buy our cars at Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens. We were impressed with the inventory available on the website. We knew we had made the right choice when Ethan greeted us and helped us to find just the right vehicle. We bought a 4Runner last year and yesterday we returned to buy a RAV4. The service is excellent and the employees are awesome! Everyone is required to wear a mask inside so we felt safe conducting business.
