I had an appointment at 3pm. After sitting at service dept for an hour, I was told it would be another 2 hours. I drive an hour each way to get service done on the car. I should not have to wait 3 hours dept for an hour, I was told it would be another 2 hours. I drive an hour each way to get service done on the car. I should not have to wait 3 hours to get my oil change. I bought car from y’all and was trying to be loyal to Hayward Allen but the service department damaged that. More
