My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Lexus GX470 from the Hickory Used Car Superstore. We found the vehicle on-line and called into the store to make sure it was on the lot. We drove to the lot and waited a few minutes for the car to get there. We were informed they were putting some gas in it. Brian was very friendly and not overly aggressive with the sales pitch. Overall it was a low pressure sales experience. We took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed it started to vibrate at high speeds. They assured me it could be fixed. They took a look at our trade-in and we started doing the numbers. We went back and forth and accepted their third offer. We felt like it was a good deal. They do have a $500 dealer fee that they add on to the total! This seems a bit too much and is one reason I didn't give them a great rating. We worked out a We Owe for them to repair the shaking at high speeds and to replace a cracked reflector on the rear bumper(this was done a few days later at their service center). We got a good loan and signed the papers. Brian helped us move our stuff out of the trade-in and into our GX. I don't think Brian did this on purpose, but he did tell us after we signed the papers that this V8 engine only takes Premium gas. Probably not a deal breaker since my wife only drives a few miles to work, but something good to know prior to purchasing. Overall it was a good car buying experience. More

I have been searching for a Camaro and was going to Everett Chevrolet in Hickory and had stopped at their sister store at Hickory Used Car Super Store. I had the pleasure of working with Lance Spencer and Corey Brown. I had every intention of purchasing a used Camaro and due to my budget limits I was unable to achieve this. After many attempts with no luck, Lance had suggested purchasing a new one with better options in order to help me. He worked all day and thru many obstacles and several test drives, we finally were able to make a deal; and found a car that fit my budget and I absolutely love. These two guys went way above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during this roller coaster ride we were on.
