We were welcomed right away to come and search for a vehicle in our price range and were able to find something that we liked right away. Lance took us out on a test drive and we were pretty sold on it vehicle in our price range and were able to find something that we liked right away. I contacted the dealership via online chat and they immediately got back to me through email. The negotiation process was not the usual run around nonsense that you would usually experience at a dealer immediately got back to me through email. They got me approved almost right away, and an amazing rate and payment. We did this all through email and phone calls because I live in Greenville, SC...about 3 hours away. You may think I am crazy to travel that far for a good deal, but it was not just the deal...it was the friendliness and customer service. When we got the the dealership my dream Nissan Juke was all ready to go (with balloons on it!!) Lance greeted us and was so great the whole time. Took care of us every step of the way and we were in and out because they knew we had a long trip. Now I used to sell cars and I have to say this was the way car buying SHOULD BE!! We came back to the Superstore after purchasing our last vehicle from Corey at Everett's main lot in Hickory about 18 months ago. I'll admit, the Superstore wasn't our first stop on this shopping trip this go around, but it should have been! Our last experience with Everett's was awesome, so I don't know why I bothered looking anywhere else. This time we worked with Rhonda, who was quick to get us into a few choices of vehicles that were in our price range and met the criteria we were looking for. She was upbeat and energetic, even on a dreary, cloudy day. We found our car fairly quick, and thanks to the diligence of Ana and Corey(now the sales manager), they were able to get our payments where we needed to be. I'm not the only one in my family that has purchased from here, and I make it a point to send anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to check with the crew in Hickory at the Superstore first, because they'll probably save you a whole lot of driving and time!
