The process of trading in one vehicle for another vehicle was a very pleasant experience. When I walked into the showroom, all the employees greeted me and thanked me for coming in. While we were out for the drive, my trade was appraised and everything was set to go when we returned. The selling process was very quick with some negotiation back and forth and the sale was completed very quickly. There was some sales pressure but that was to be expected.
