We had a price in mind for our car and were not going to take less. However, Dennis (who was a very nice man) had to go back and forth to Bruce Roffey to get offers for our car. This "wheelin and dealin" went back and forth for 2hours. Finally my wife got a headache and wanted to leave. At that point, we received an offer we could live with and made the deal. Entirely too much time was taken to finalize the deal. We like the car and paid what we thought was a good price for it. HOWEVER, the car did not meet our standards as to the detailing. The interior was dirty and I have been cleaning it this week. I do detailing and the car would never have passed my standards for my customers. More

When I got to Hickory, Dennis Spencer didn't try to sell me anything, he helped me buy the truck that I was interested in. He was very professional and patient while I made up my mind and not once did I feel any pressure from him or any member of your team. I think they would have all been as courteous even if I didn't purchase a thing. Like I said, I had been to several places that day determined to buy what I had in mind and everyone else tried to sell me something else a lot more expensive that what I came to talk to them about.
