I would never purchase another car from Hickory Used Car Superstore. We signed the papers and wanted to take the car but it had to go through "service" and they wouldn't let us take it. A week later they delivered the car with parts removed and tint hanging off!!! (They did this to a corvette)When we complained, they fired the salesman. He had nothing to do with the removal of parts or tint! The salesman was great but the management and service department are extremly rude. More

I just purchased a 2011 Ford F150, site unseen, from Rhonda and I live over 260 miles from Hickory. I'd looked for 2 months and even had agreed on a price with another dealer but they sold it the next d Rhonda and I live over 260 miles from Hickory. When I called Rhonda about her truck she was willing to go above and beyond her call of duty, even though I was an out of town buyer. I shared with her my previous experience. She understood and even offered to drive the truck to me so that I cold see it. She never seemed impatient as we negotiated and she kept an upbeat and positive attitude throughout our conversations. After negotiations, she offered to deliver the truck to me, and she did! I can tell you that the other dealer was NOT willing to deliver.
