My daughter was looking to buy her first car. She had went into the dealership a few days earlier, and found a car and met Rhonda. She showed me and her dad the information; we looked it over. We tried to talk Amanda into looking around some more, but she really liked the car and Rhonda. So on that Saturday we went and looked at the car. Not making any promises. When we arrived, she didn't see Rhonda Amanda started to panic a little, but soon she spotted her and felt better. Rhonda came out and was very friendly and nice. We test drove the car. Rhonda knew a lot about the car and knew what she was talking about. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She told us things that other dealerships had never told us before. My husband is wanting a small SUV we will definitely be coming to see Rhonda again. She is GREAT!!! My wife and I were looking for a used MINI Cooper S Convertable and with a lot of searching we found one on line at the Hickory Used Car Superstore. I called the store and was fortune it enough to get Convertable and with a lot of searching we found one on line at the Hickory Used Car Superstore. I called the store and was fortune it enough to get Lance Spencer as a sales consultant. I explained to him that we were interested in the MINI but we lived in Erie Pa a 9 hour drive away from the store. Lance called me back and accuratly described the vehicle including any scratches and dents since the car was a 2005. After much discussion with my wife, we drove to Hickory to see. As we approached the dealership, I told her that if we did not get the "WOW" factor we would drive home and call it a long weekend. "WOW" ! The car was better than Lance described and the dealership was exceptional with making the trip worth while. Since neither my wife or I had ever been in a MINI before, it was a risk to drive that far but after two weeks we have not been disappointed. Anyone who has seen or driven the car agree it was a great deal. I have to thank Lance and the Hickory Used Car Superstore for being so honest that I felt comfortable enought to make the trip.
