Had a sensor fault warning light previously fixed by this dealership, and light came on again 1 week later so made an appointment since I had time constraints. Explained situation to person on the phone and dealership, and light came on again 1 week later so made an appointment since I had time constraints. Explained situation to person on the phone and made an appointment for one week later and was told the work would take 1 hour. When I got there they first said they did not take appointments so I showed them the email and text confirmations. Then told I was behind several people and no estimate on time. Then a rude manager type person came in and said no one takes service appointments (Glenview does) but finally relented they it should be about 1.5 hours. I’ve used their Quick Service drop in for oil changes and that’s good, so I would have just come super early had they been honest on the phone. I did appreciate the updates while there and the explanation after. But bad communication upfront and upon arrival. May go bad for oil changes but not for other service. More

When I first purchased the vehicle, I noticed a persistent squeaking noise. I initially believed it was coming from the brakes and raised the issue with the dealership. However, I was repeatedly to persistent squeaking noise. I initially believed it was coming from the brakes and raised the issue with the dealership. However, I was repeatedly told that the noise was normal for “premium” brakes and that such sounds were to be expected. Based on their explanation, I began to suspect the issue might instead be with the axle. Despite expressing my concerns multiple times to the dealership and other Lincoln service centers, I was consistently dismissed and told the noise was nothing unusual. I found this explanation unreasonable — premium components should not be loud or distracting. After the brake warranty expired, I was finally told that the brakes needed to be replaced. Following the brake replacement, the noise disappeared entirely, confirming that the brakes were the issue all along — not the axle. This proves that the brakes were defective from the time of purchase and that my concerns were valid. Therefore, I should not be held financially responsible for the brake replacement. The only cost I acknowledge is the cabin filter replacement, which is approximately $60. More
