very good salesman Cordale took care of everything it is a very good place to purchase a Lincoln vehicle. Only issue is its too far away from home. Worst Service Department I scheduled a 9AM service appointment because my Engine Light went back on after 1 day it was supposedly fixed. You dropped the ball this time! I brought my 2012 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag replacement, and the job was done promptly. But on the way home I noticed that the heater/AC fan wa I brought my 2012 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag replacement, and the job was done promptly. But on the way home I noticed that the heater/AC fan wasn't working (it had been working when I dropped my car off for the airbag work). I called Highland Park Ford and explained the problem, and the service rep said that it was possible that the fan motor was not reconnected when the airbag work was done. So I had to make a second trip (I live nearly 20 miles from HP Ford) without any heat or defrosting, and the temperature was in the teens. They quickly fixed the problem, which was the mechanic failed to reconnect the fan motor. It was done free of charge, plus they washed my car, but this should not happen. I've always had good experiences with HP Ford's service department, but they dropped the ball this time. More
