I purchased my 2016 Ford Fiesta down the street at Highland Park Ford. I’m very happy with the car. They gave me a fine deal and the service-while not quite up to the standard I was used to-has been good, except for one instance when a technician left the oil cap off and I drove off splattering oil all over the engine. They quickly cleaned things up, but the technicians were unapologetic. The dealership management however did go out of their way to set things right, which they should have and which I appreciated. My most recent two service visits have been flawless. More
