Purchased an BMW X5 Traveled from Iowa to purchase a BMW X5 from High line auto. Transaction went smooth and Gus Economou was my sales representative. Gus was a fantastic Traveled from Iowa to purchase a BMW X5 from High line auto. Transaction went smooth and Gus Economou was my sales representative. Gus was a fantastic and kept in contact. I brought a check and was in and out within an hour. The x5 was behind on service when I got it home by several thousand miles, and had several thousand miles more on the odometer then advertised. The total service cost was $370 dollars. Highline Auto did send me a check for $100 to help pay for some of the oil change at least. This however should have been dealt with before the sale. The X5 was running on empty when I took possession, not a major issue by any means, but every car I've ever bought before the dealership always filled it up for me, however I have never purchased a car in Illinois, and perhaps that it common there. Highline auto also said they typically only give 1 key with car purchases which might be an issue with some people and would not address this. I purchased another spare and it ran about $350 dollars. I did bring 2 keys to them with my trade-in. Even with the above issues, the price was decent and I did like Gus, but I just couldn't bring myself to rate them 5 stars. More

Alot of inventory I live out of state and put 2,000 down one 2013 Tesla and agreed on a price of 40k. Two days later I get a call from the salesmans saying sorry we sol I live out of state and put 2,000 down one 2013 Tesla and agreed on a price of 40k. Two days later I get a call from the salesmans saying sorry we sold the car to another buyer for 1500 more. I was planning on flying down to pick the car up. Turns out salesman was not totally honest so I spoke with management about it and they in turn are working with the employee. Overall I would do business with them down the road but get everything in writing. They did refund my down payment so I wanted to update this feedback. More

Can't Beat the Price I was an out of state buyer looking at a luxury vehicle. I worked with Gus throughout the process and was able quickly agree upon a price. I was a little nervous and reluctant so I had the vehicle inspected by a third party. The vehicle checked out and the one minor issue was corrected by High Line. This dealership keeps their cars in excellent condition as well. They have all the vehicles covered in an controlled climate. Literally, people are detailing the vehicles non-stop at this place. Shout out to Gus and would be remiss not to thank Moe as well. Nice job guys. More

Not happy Test drove a vehicle and it had a wobble in the front passenger wheel. Their mechanic looked at the vehicle and said it was a tie rod, it would take 2 Test drove a vehicle and it had a wobble in the front passenger wheel. Their mechanic looked at the vehicle and said it was a tie rod, it would take 2-3 hours to fix. I did not have time to wait, so they offered me $250, which is what their mechanic said would be the cost of the repair. As I was leaving, the Finance man (Allan) told me to wait a couple of months and then take it to me Lexus dealer. He said the warranty I purchased would pay for it and it would cost mo only $100, so I would be $150 ahead. The Lexus dealer examined the car and told me the steering axle needed to be replaced, to the tune of $5000. I called and spoke with Moe and he told me they would get right on it. I spoke with Alex, who refused to call the Lexus dealer, and he said he would get back to me. Did not hear from them for a few days, so I had the dealer repair the car. Moe offered me $2500 and told me they had given me a deal on the car when in truth as I reminded him I had paid asking price, then he offered to cancel my warranty and repay that money as payment for the repairs, then he offered me a new car. I decided to take them to Small Claims Court where they did not show up for either court date. Required a 2 hour drive both ways for me each time. I won the judgement and now I am waiting to be paid. I would not go back More
