A Great Experience! My son and I visited Highline Car Connection after viewing one of their car listing's online. My son had been saving for the purchase of his first ve My son and I visited Highline Car Connection after viewing one of their car listing's online. My son had been saving for the purchase of his first vehicle for some time. I wanted to ensure he found a reliable and safe vehicle at a good price. We ended up purchasing a Hyundai Accent from Highline after visiting a number of other dealerships. The experience was fantastic and my son love's his new car. The sales staff were friendly and courteous. This is not a high pressure sales environment like you get when visiting other dealerships. What really made the overall experience was the service we received after purchasing the vehicle. Their service department went through the entire vehicle performing a multi-point inspection. They had changed the oil and filter, battery, replaced all the air filters, put new front brakes and rotors on the car and put four new tires on the car for us. I will not hesitate to go back to them when it is time for me to purchase my next car. More

My space was respected and when I asked for help I was assisted by a gentleman who allowed me to take my time and also gave me advice on what to look for based off of my driving tendencies. At no point did I feel obligated to test drive a car I didn't like or obligated to lie about my price range in fear of the salesman taking advantage of it and disregarding cheaper cars that may be more suitable for me. All of the workers there were incredibly friendly and I would recommend Highline Car Connection to all of my friends and family due to their safe and affordable inventory. More

Sold me a car that would not pass emissions Check engine turned on when I left. Dealer promised me the light was due to a evaporation code. Turns out the catalytic converter was not working. The dealer was aware of the problem and sold me the car anyway. Furthermore when the dealer "fixed" my car they broke a part on my car, refused to replace it. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership. Complete scam! The horror stories you hear from used car dealership are true! More
