Went to a few dealers and these guys blow them out the water by a long shot. The guy who helped us was AMAZING. I cant remember the name so I hope the dealer reads this and responds with the name of the gentleman (who helped us buy a Acura today) so he can get the credit he deserves.. And so you can ask for him if you go. They had my car ready in less than 12 hours, and even did the brakes for me (along with service/detail). AND I was only able to arrive at 9, when they open, and had it ready by 920. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! BUYERS BEWARE Purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited, found out the the next day the vehicle had STRUCTIOAL DAMAGE! I went the very next day hoping they would buy t Purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited, found out the the next day the vehicle had STRUCTIOAL DAMAGE! I went the very next day hoping they would buy the car back which they didn't, they provided a fake history report from auto check! BUYERS BEWARE AND CHECK CARFAX REPORT BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE HERE! I am now in touch with DMV dealer repairs and also the general attorney adminstions because they did not disclose the vehicle had structural damage, the car shakes on the highway it's really unfair of them to not disclose that the vehicle had structural damage! They will soon be hearing from DMV and the general attorney office since they don't want to buy the car back, I spend over $20k on a vehicle that is unsafe to drive, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP More

Avoid like the plague. Very underhand to say the least. It was good in the beginning, but ultimately like all you car dealers, they do whatever they can to get over on you. I dealt with Charlie, when I It was good in the beginning, but ultimately like all you car dealers, they do whatever they can to get over on you. I dealt with Charlie, when I called the dealership a couple of days later asking about the trade I had made, they sais it was still on the lot. I was told that I would get a call back. When I called back 2 hours later the car had already been taken from the lot. No one called me back. I got a couple of weak apologies and a lot of typical used car dealer attitude. Everyone gets theirs in the end. All I was a call back so I could retrieve some stuff before they shipped the car. Additionally like most used car dealers, this interest and fees you'll pay a lot for your vehicle so be prepared to pay it off quick so you don't get totally screwed. It's better to go with a certified dealer if you can. A little honesty and courtesy go a long way. More

I arrived to find the car parked out front ready for me. Charlie handed me the key. I went for 20 minute test drive alone. No hassle. No sales gimmick. I loved the car. The paperwork was painless. He asked me which day I wanted the car ready. Couple days later(after the blizzard) it was waiting for me looking like new. I never enjoy car shopping. But this time Charlie made the trip worth it.
