Best car dealership experience ever! From the start my experience was amazing! I called and wanted to look at the car 30 minutes before they closed and they were still okay with it. Once i decided to buy the car the process was easy and diligent. When time came for me to pick up the car and my friends who said they would help me pick up the car, last minute told me could not. Highline Car Connection was there to help me out! They sent someone out to pick me up and bring me to the dealership in order to bring the car home! Excellent customer service! Terrible This dealership is terrible. Purchased a vehicle from them and they sold it to me without the lock for the wheel lugs. When I mentioned this to them t This dealership is terrible. When I mentioned this to them they had no interest in my issues and was very hesitant about rectifying the problem. There main focus is to get your money and not show the customer that special type of care you deserve when purchasing a vehicle. I will never walk into this crooked dealership ever again. Also when I went to pick up the vehicle it wasn't even ready no detail or nothing whatsoever. Had to literally wait 2hrs for the delivery of my vehicle. Very unorganized as well. More

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I bought a 2013 Ford focus from them, I've had nothing but problems since day 1!!!!!! This is the third time it's been in to be fixed in the last 2.5 I bought a 2013 Ford focus from them, I've had nothing but problems since day 1!!!!!! This is the third time it's been in to be fixed in the last 2.5 months, this time the transmission went!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. The owners Mike and Lou are rude xxxxxxxx, both jokes. Of course it's not their problem, going down to the DMV and callingthe news to embarrass them on national television. Stay far away from this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More
