Ordering/Buying process went very smoothly. My wife's Freestyle was due for it's second 50,000 mile CVT transmission service. Not all dealers have the proper fluids and equipment to work on the CVT because so few were produced. Ford/ZF Friedrichshafen stopped production of the CFT30 and CFT23 transmissions after 2007. We just happened to be in North Carolina, 750 miles from home and I figured we'd wait until we got back to Northern PA for service. After calling around and looking up dealer service records, I found no dealer closer than 100 miles from my home that could service the car properly, but right here, less than 10 miles from my son's house was a top notch dealer. I phoned to verify that Hilbish could service this transmission properly and was scheduled in the very next day. I was greeted by 2 technicians eagerly awaiting to help me. Tommy assigned Andy to perform this work. Service as well as a multi-point inspection was performed quickly while we waited. Andy said "everything looked good and there were no other service items to be performed"! Wow, no pressure to purchase any unnecessary parts or service! I love this honest dealer service department! More

I was scared to go to a big dealership like Hilbish Ford, seems like they try and force you into buying, but NOT these guys. They were so nice and pleasant the entire time. Mr. Dunlap and his team were very helpful. I walked in just asking questions and they were able to put me in a 2003 Ford Windstar SE. I told them about my credit problems, my 2 children, 1 which is handic just asking questions and they were able to put me in a 2003 Ford Windstar SE. I told them about my credit problems, my 2 children, 1 which is handicapped and how I am in school for nursing and I am on disability. The vehicle I was driving I felt was very unsafe for my children and soon to be child due to all of the recalls I was getting letters for. Mr Dunlap assured me of the safety features, went over everything with me and even helped me as far as a discrepancy with my credit history of a bankruptcy that never occurred. He was able to be my cheerleader when I couldn't be for myself and got me the loan I needed for myself and my family so we can have a safe vehicle to drive in. If it was not for him, I don't feel I would have been able to find a suitable safe vehicle for my children. Mr Dunlap and his team went above and beyond for me and my family and for that I will forever be grateful. I would recommend Hilbish Ford to everyone I meet that needs a vehicle because of the great customer service I received and because of how they really worked for me and not just for a sale. More

Thomas Dunlap did a great job going over all the details of the finance end of our deal, and in the end, ended up getting us a payment better than we expected. The only thing we were unhappy with was the detail department that was available on the weekends. They did a very quick, undetailed job, but we were sure to bring this to the dealerships attention. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase, and would definitely recommed it to others! More
