I have been leasing from Hilbish Ford since 2013 with excellent service on every vehicle, all Ford Explorers. Really did not know what vehicle I wanted til I saw the new Ford Bronco Sport commercial, I fell in love, went and test drove one and ordered my Cyber Orange Badlands in January and drove it off the lot on May 13-best vehicle decision of my life. I may be a 70 year old retired ICU RN who went through chemo and radiation last year for gastric lymphoma and am now cancer free, but the feeling I get driving my Bronco down the road with the window down and my chemo curls blowing in the wind listening to Eric Church, absolutely wonderful, thankful, grateful and truly blessed. I can't say nothing but good things about my salesperson, Jennifer H. This is my second vehicle from her, she goes over all details with me, sometimes several times, always answers my calls and questions, and is extremely honest with me, that is why I love her so. I decided to purchase my Bronco instead of lease, I love it so. I recommend Hilbish to others and also Jennifer, she also sold my sister an Expedition a couple of years ago. 0 Stars. Day 1: Broke Door Panel Control removing it (didn't tell me) Claimed Door Panel Control needed replacing. Day 2: Put new door panel Control in....couldn't get it to work either. Couldn't take the time over 2 days to truly diagnose, so TEN DAYS LATER I take it back for appointment and was told the tech was sick. Took car home, tore off door panel, put in new Control myself....Took me 30 min. The only problem was TWO WIRES were crossed. That simple. Service here is out to lunch.
