EVERYONE we dealt with was friendly, polite, and seemed to be very knowledgable of the vehicles. While my car was being taken care of by the insurance company, Matt took the time to find the exact same car in a different state and made sure I could go from a rental into my new care in a timely manner. When it came time to do the financing there was no questions asked, they knew the situation and took care of the financing even though my old car was still showing up on my credit. Words cannot express the frustration I have had with the Service department for my Audi. Wrong parts ordered, work not done but charged for - when refund requested, said I would have to "store credit" and Service department for my Audi. A road test was supposed to be included in my 60K check up ($300+) - the mileage was exactly the same as when I brought it in when I picked up the car. I have started to stop people I see who drive Audi's around town and ask them - all of them roll their eyes and tell me very similar stories. Two different people with A4's say they want to sell the "d@n# car" because of the Huntsville Service Department. I have taken mine to Nashville (2 hour drive) for routine service with a wonderful experience. They claim they have many Huntsville customers - and I can see why. More
