Based on that information, I spent the time following up, only to be told the dealership would not honor the price that was provided. This was a complete waste of time. Advertising one price online and then backing away from it once a customer engages is the definition of bait-and-switch. If the dealership has no intention of honoring GMC’s online pricing, they shouldn’t allow it to be presented in the first place. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward or honest buying experience. 1 More

Absolutely the Worst Service Experience – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a vehicle from Hiley Buick GMC that has been nothing short of a nightmare from day one. It Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a vehicle from Hiley Buick GMC that has been nothing short of a nightmare from day one. It’s clear now that we were sold a lemon — the car has had issue after issue, and what’s worse is that their service department has proven completely incapable of fixing anything. We've brought the car in multiple times for the same problems, and each time we're met with vague explanations, empty promises, and delays. They either don’t know how to fix it, or they just don’t care. Either way, the incompetence is staggering. Communication is abysmal — we’re constantly the ones having to call for updates, only to be told "we're still waiting on a part" or "technician hasn't had a chance to look at it yet" even after days or weeks have passed. Meanwhile, we’re stuck without a reliable vehicle and no one at this dealership is taking accountability for the mess they sold us. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers and actually know what they’re doing. Hiley Buick GMC is not one of them. More
