I was not pressured, pushed, or given the 'hard line' sales approach that I have experienced before. He patiently went over all of the new features of my new vehicle and answered all of my questions. He made sure that I received EVERY rebate that was due to me. I was offered a very reasonable trade in offer on my existing vehicle. The entire experience was GREAT! It was a relaxed atmosphere and again, no pressure to "sign on the dotted line". I am thrilled with my new truck and I am glad that I made the trip from Philadelphia to Newtown Square.
