After speaking with salesman Steve W., I purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain, fully loaded at a great price and turned my lease in early. Steve was direct, knowledgeable , informative and personable. Bought 2 new Buicks from them in a 3 week period I was impressed with the fact that the dealer had published their price, and that they had the advertised vehicles in stock - I was taking advantage o I was impressed with the fact that the dealer had published their price, and that they had the advertised vehicles in stock - I was taking advantage of the 20% off sales. Everything went smoothly from the initial test drive, to the quick delivery process, and ultimately the follow up service visits I've had. They offered more than others for the trade ins, even though they probably lost some money on one and made a few more bucks on the other. I checked their advertised price on my one trade after the fact and they were making a few bucks, but not the $5000 or more others have done to me over the years. The trade process and pricing was enough to do it for me, but the other thing were also important. GM's new process of having big discount sales on certain models at certain times is going to be the new way for me to know when I'm ready to make my next purchase - and it is really a good value. Bruce is an old school salesperson, no doubt, and sometimes a bit set in his ways, but he means well and did ultimately get us into 2 new Buicks, so really, that should say it all. Bruce has the experience to be able to pull off a deal for you that you might not have realized was possible due to other dealer visits you may have made - he's been doing this a long time, so he knows what he is doing and can also help guide you to a proper vehicle for your needs and you might not have known there was a better option. I was in and out in a bit longer period of time than I had hoped, but all in all it was a good experience and will likely return to them when these 2 car leases are up. More

Best buying experience No nonsense sale deal. I was at another dealer and almost made a deal but they couldn’t find the sticker but told me what it included but while I was No nonsense sale deal. So while I was there I found this Denali called and was helped. The deal was made over the phone but very professional. Dealership made sure that everything was ready and went over the car with me until I had no more questions. They have also followed up twice so far to make sure that I am completely satisfied. More

After the test drives, we decided on the Envision. Jay was very thorough in explaining the new features and difference between this car and our 2013 LaCrosse. The trade in appraisal & 2017 Envision discount, provided a major incentive to purchase this car. Jay followed up on questions & concerns, and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. He also touched base with us after the sale to ensure we were happy with our decision, and the car.
