Don't stand behind service I have had two situations where O'Reilly did not stand behind the quality of their work, and did not even care. I took a Buick in for a leaking sunroo I have had two situations where O'Reilly did not stand behind the quality of their work, and did not even care. I took a Buick in for a leaking sunroof, which they fixed, but did not deal with standing water in the car. Result-I needed to fix water problem and replace battery in my driveway. When I called to explain problem they simply said "Have it towed here and we will look at it." On another situation, they failed to honor extended warranty, despite the fact I had documentation.
