Worst customer service ever I leased a 2017 Acadia from them. The business manager, Stuart Krechmer, messed up the registration paperwork and did not include the credit for my le I leased a 2017 Acadia from them. The business manager, Stuart Krechmer, messed up the registration paperwork and did not include the credit for my lease turn-in at a cost to me of almost $900. When I spoke to Stuart he actually yelled at me so I asked to speak to the General Mgr, Ken Kovach. Several days passed and I heard nothing from Ken so I sent him an email asking to be called. Still no call from him so I texted my salesperson, Dave Crawford, and asked him to have the owner Bryan O'Reilly call me. Dave's initial response was "Bryan is not getting involved". When I replied back "Is that what Bryan said?" he changed his tune and said Bryan would call me that Friday. Guess what, Bryan never called me. I finally reached out to Bryan myself and got a call back. He told me that he "had to back his managers on this one" and asked how was Stuart supposed to know about the credit. I said the same way he knew to charge the sales tax, it's on the State's website. That went over his head and he proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility even though the State's website says that "the dealership normally processes" this. Bottom line is the business manager is incompetent, the General Manager is a liar (he told Bryan that he had called me) and the owner will not take responsibility when his staff makes a mistake. In the future I will probably take my business to Granite Run Buick/GMC, they have won awards for their customer service, I now know why O'Reilly has not. More
