Our son and daughter had worked with him and I was impressed by him on their transactions. He has a tremendous amount of product knowledge. We had an idea of what we wanted but he helped us to focus. When we took possession he walked us through all of the features with particular emphasis on the electronics. This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased or leased at O'Reilly in the last 8 years.
