Wonderful Experience A week ago my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Encore. We dealt with Jay Meaney. Our experience was wonderful from the very beginning. A week ago my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Encore. We dealt with Jay Meaney. Our experience was wonderful from the very beginning. I explained to Jay our special circumstances in needing to buy a car about 4 months before we planned and how we were determined to purchase the car in cash, therefore had a very real and limited budget. He did not try to manipulate me and never once tried to get me to finance. He was polite and responsive to my questions and worked within my budget. Because my wife had a bad headache I asked if we could drive by my house and let her see the car. When we arrived he asked is she would like to test drive it as well and allowed her to test it. It was just what we were looking for and he worked with us on the price to help us make it happen. All in all my wife and I both thought it was a wonderful experience.
