The second I met Jay at O'Reilly I knew my experience at this dealership was going to be different. He treated me more like a daughter and friend than a customer and really listened to what I wanted. He had to send to MD to get the colors I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something more expensive. He actually came in under budget on my target monthly payment. Jay was so patient with me; he handled the whole process while updating me along the way. He even called my insurance so I didn't have to wait on hold. He walked me through every feature on the car so that I could drive away feeling comfortable. I love my new car... The technology and safety features are awesome. I highly recommend O'Reilly. I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful everyone was but Jay is just the best. It is rare to meet such a kind, caring person and I am glad I got a chance to get to know him. More

Even better! So the next day my approval was in and the car I wanted came in on the delivery truck that day so needless to say, I was quite happy. Stuart Krechmer was fantastic with explaining all of the financing details, which can be overwhelming and confusing. But he laid it out so it was easy to understand. Steve W then took the time to help me set up the technical stuff like linking my phone for me etc and showed me all the gadgets. He expressed I can call or text him with any questions, any time, and he will be there for me. I really feel I was in good hands the entire time and will continue to go back for my next one and certainly refer them to anyone looking for a new/used car! More
