I would highly recommend for any GMC purchase I never purchased a vehicle from O'Reilly Buick GMC until recently, but we took our old Buick Enclave there for service. Their service team was great, kept me in loop on when the vehicle would be ready, and their pricing was on point. We turned in the Buick and purchased a GMC Yukon and it was the easiest experience I have had. I am in the car business and Dave Crawford understood. He was to the point and gave me a great deal on the new vehicle. They even worked with me on my trade and gave me a very good price for the Buick. Overall Experience at O'Reilly Buick/GMC I purchased my Enclave at another dealership several years ago. That dealership stopped handling Buicks, so I switched my service work to O'Reilly. They did a good job servicing my car and were usually very available to get my car in there for service when I needed it. I decided to get a new car and decided to take advantage of Buick's sales promotion. Steve Borochaner did a good job in searching around for the model Enclave that I wanted. It was delivered at the agreed upon time and date. When we went to pick up the new car, Steve went over the features of the car with us. So far I'm very happy with my new 2016 Enclave and am happy to see that Buick has greatly improved on the safety features of this car, as well as the new touch screen. I am surprised that Buick has not upgraded the ignition system to a pushbutton, as most other cars have. I would recommend O'Reilly to other people looking for a car that they handled. More
