A very good experience. It happened very fast. I was prepared to lease a Murano. Steve was very helpful in my switching to the terrain. I have been in touch with Steve since It happened very fast. The terrain i purchased was a Demo and did not have a window sticker which would let me know what options i have. I would like to have it so that i can reference it to the owners manuel.
