After struggling to find a dealer with the exact truck I had built online, Hill Buick GMC popped up as having a unit in Transit. I called the dealership to see what I could do to lock down the truck. Mark had built online, Hill Buick GMC popped up as having a unit in Transit. I called the dealership to see what I could do to lock down the truck. Mark Robinson helped me place a deposit to hold the truck and then called or texted several times while awaiting delivery. Upon delivery, Mike Townsend did the official hand off and delivery. Mike spent a good amount of time showing us all the bells and whistles and getting us comfortable with them!! I failed to mention that we drove 162 miles to this dealership, and even though it would seem unlikely that we will ever do business with them again, they treated us like long time clients. Great experience! More
