Though it has gotten better over the years, car buying can be so stressful, bu We've bought three Buicks now from Steve Wadlin at O'Reilly Buick/GMC. Though it has gotten better over the years, car buying can be so stressful, but it isn't at O'Reilly. Steve Wadlin is adept at understanding exactly what our needs are and also what our budget is. This has allowed us to get our deals done quickly, without a lot of the back and forth that can go on (Trips to visit sales manager, etc.). Our car was delivered to us looking great and Steve patiently went through all of its features with us; he spent an amazingly long time with us. Steve is on top of all the data about the cars he sells and is skilled at steering customers to what they need and don't need. This is our sixth Buick and we are very happy with the brand. It provides luxury, but does it with value as well. We aren't the type of people that thinks paying more makes what we drive better. Buicks have a great combination of features, luxury and value. We compared our Envision to the Acura RDX and Audi Q5 and ended up coming back for our second Envision. The Envision had more cargo space than the Q5 and similar technology to both vehicles, but at a much more reasonable price. More

He was very patient with three women who had a lot of questions. He walked us through the process and allowed us time to think about the purchase. At Ease & Comfortable I was greeted within a few minutes of arriving on the lot by Jack McGrath. I told him I had seen a car on line I was interested in. jack took the time I was greeted within a few minutes of arriving on the lot by Jack McGrath. I told him I had seen a car on line I was interested in. jack took the time to find the vehicle and explain that it was in the service bay being brought up to the level that O'Reilly warrants for sale but he showed it to us as best he could under the circumstances. Jack and I conversed a bit about the condition of the car versus value. I mentioned that there was another Regal in the front row of cars and inquired about it's price. Jack got the keys and showed us that vehicle as well. At this point, having been speaking with Jack for about 20 minutes, I felt very comfortable with him, that he was not a pushy salesman and his demeanor never changed when we were looking at the $10,000 car or the $20,000 car. He never had any condescending attitude even answering stupid questions and I was at ease enough with his non-judgemental persona that I explained the position I was in having totaled a car 3 weeks prior, my insurance covered rental was running out in a few days and my credit was less than perfect. he sat down with my wife and I, explained how it all worked and ultimately he showed us a car we love, a payment that we could afford, and a deal that he was confident he could get us approved for. And before we left the dealership that day we had signed all the paperwork. We left elated. The anxiety was over. And less than 24 hours later, my wife drove home in her 2018 Impala. Jack was great. I will definetely seek him out the next time we are in the market for another vehicle. Additionally, the whole paper signing part of the deal with Stuart was fantastic too. He was brief but thorough in explaining documents. The whole experience was top notch. More
