O'Reilly sold me my first NEW car! I visited this dealership a couple months ago when I became interested in getting a new vehicle. I was able to test drive a vehicle that day. That day I visited this dealership a couple months ago when I became interested in getting a new vehicle. I was able to test drive a vehicle that day. That day I did not leave with a new one, however I kept searching around for the car that I wanted. It was the weekend before thanksgiving when I returned to O'Reilly to look at one specific car that they had on the lot. I called prior to going to the dealership to make sure the car was still there and Bruce said that it was and asked when I could make it in. I told him we'd be there in 10 minutes, although they were about to close in 30 minutes. We sat down with Bruce and went over the price for the car and the buying options, he didn't rush the conversation at all despite it almost being closing time. I told him I had to think about it. He called Monday morning and later that day I went to put money down on the car. It was Wednesday morning that I left with the car of my dreams and Bruce was very helpful and organized. He had all of the information ready to go and explained all of the papers. After buying the car, we went out to my new car and he went over everything with me including OnStar and the basic features that the car had. I had a great experience at this Dealership and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. I would definitely return to Bruce if I ever decide to buy new again, his personality and motivation to sell this car was outstanding! I rate this dealership with 5 stars. More
