I'm sure she was on the phone at the time you called and you did get a call back. 1 Star would be no service at all but I understand. We hope since you had good service in the past that you can understand our popularity has grown and we are trying our best to keep up with the demands of customers. If you change your mind we would be happy to waive the Inspection Fee for you as a token of our appreciation. When you talk to our rep mention Steve W offered you no charge for your next inspections.
