I am a senior citizen, and this purchase of a used car was one of the best experiences I ever had. Megan recommended my daughter (Patrice) and I to the dealership and recommended Reggie as well. Reggie has a great personality as well as being very knowledgeable of the whole sales process and explained each detail where it was easy to understand and know what to expect. We had a discrepancy in the final paperwork and when we brought it to his attention, he quickly got with management and gladly fixed the issue. The whole process was professional. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from the dealership and would contact Reggie as my sales associate. Also, I would feel comfortable recommending family and friends to Reggie/Megan and Hill Country Honda. More

I went there to look at a vehicle I had called about, they said it was still available but when I showed up 2 hours later and asked about it it took over 30 minutes for someone to help me, I was than tol they said it was still available but when I showed up 2 hours later and asked about it it took over 30 minutes for someone to help me, I was than told that the vehicle was pulled to sell at auction because the brakes were bad I asked was there anything compared to what I had called on as far as price he said yes there was only one , I asked to look at it I test drove the car and asked were there any problems with it, was assured there wasn't and that the car had been gone to make sure that it was up to standard, I let him know I wanted to buy it but that I wanted to see the car fac on it he said sure and went right into what the car would cost he said it listed for 7thousand but that he would take 6,700. For it I show him where the car was listed for 5,400. Online his answer was that was after his discount. I ended up paying 5,800, but here the clincher I never got the car fans till 2 weeks after buying the car. The car facs that the car had been in a accident with minor damage.and that it had been recondioned when it was 6yrs old at 71,914 miles in 2021 it was in a accident but doesn't say where the damage was done only that it was minor but within 6 months the car was offered for online auto auction sold it to a dealership who sold to a out of state dealership in san antonio tx who kept it for 2 months than hill country honda received it. Hill country said they performed a emission safety inspection and replaced sway bar links. Checked brakes. After having the car for one month my brakes pedal go almost to the floor, my check engine light came on and after doing a o.b.d. the code is catdalac conver is going bad.and I have a leak of water a what appears to be a headmaster. I strongly feel like that why I didn't get the fax report even when he said he would have them mailed that day, I ended up having to go and pick them up when my plates came in . Also if I ever have to replace my battery on if the battery gets disconnect I will not longer bable to unlock my stereo because I wasn't given the code. . More
Hill Country Honda is the "WORST DEALERSHIP" I've ever dealt with. The Finance Department, Brian Perry, Lead Mgmr. and Justin Dotson, Finance Mgmr. are non-responsive and don't care about clients after t dealt with. I requested a refund on 3/11/25 for warranties purchased and have not received my refund. I asked Justin Dotson via text msg. for update and he say's it takes 8-12 weeks to get refund. Nonsense! Sounds like a delayed tactic. I've called the dealership, left voice msgs., used the chat feature and I have yet to receive a call-back from the Finance Department. Contacted Justin via text msg. requesting a contact number for the Warranty company to check on my refund. Justin's reply, "I Don't Have a Number." REALLY!!!! HCH don't have a contact number for the company they do business with. The audacity to tell a blatant untruth. More
