My wife called and was quoted 200. 00 for our maintenance. When they called to try and add a wheel alignment to my maintenence. I asked my total price if i did that also. Then i was quo 00 for our maintenance. When they called to try and add a wheel alignment to my maintenence. I asked my total price if i did that also. Then i was quoted over 600.00. I asked how much was alignment? Why did my bill go from 200 to 600. They stated my balance for maintenence was 500. I told them that wasnt what we were quoted. I ended up going in person and talked to the guys at the desk. He said nobody there would have quoted me 200. So he basically called me a liar. I spoke to a manager and he said they tried to find the phone call because all calls are recorded and conveniently they could not find the call. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Gave me a whopping 60.00 discount/ coupon. I cant say how disappointed i am with the service. I ended up paying double my quote. I will not recommend Hill country honda to anyone. I will not go back after getting ripped off! In fact i will be writing a bad review on Google also! More
