Scheduled service was fast and on time. The special I signed up was for oil change & tire rotation. For some reason tire rotation was never completed & I was not told. They did recommended The special I signed up was for oil change & tire rotation. For some reason tire rotation was never completed & I was not told. They did recommended 3 additional services, which 2 I don't need because they were recently done, so don't understand how they thought I needed these services. Overall, good experience. More
Zachary Staley is an outstanding rep. I called in a panic about my car's hazard lights coming on at once and he calmed me down and got me in the next day to check out my car. He kept me informed of where they were with the diagnosis and since I had an appt that morning, he pushed me through so I could be on time. What a great person, he has a friendly, professional demeanor which is very helpful when your transportation is in jeapardy. A horrible experience that haunts me to today I want my stuff back !!!! More

Contrary to manufacturer recommendations, I was told by the service advisor that my vehicle required maintenance based on mileage. I have asked advisor for a document saying the 20/30k and was met with a dial tone. More
