Poor customer service I am in the market for a new Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve. I have reached out to this dealership by email and by phone multiple times. I attempted to use the online chat tool and kept getting the repeated message back saying to call the 1-800 number, which I had already done multiple times. I finally asked for the owner of the dealership email address so I could contact him and hopes that maybe he would be interested in selling a vehicle since no one else was. I again was given the message to call the 1-800 number... I'm not sure if this dealership is interested in selling cars at all. But clearly not to someone who is willing to do research. More

I had the truck for 4 days prior to meeting with finance and they even detailed it during the 30 mins in finance. We will continue to by our vehicles from Hill Nissan.
