Great Auto Repair Hiller has the best repair department in SE Wisconsin. Dave runs a great group of people and explains everything to the customer. Another Great Recall Appointment! With 13,000 miles, all dealership visits have been due to manufacture defect recalls that needed to be fixed (in no way caused by the dealership). This visit I was quoted an hour, but after 28 minutes the problem was corrected, they did a quick inspection, topped off my washer fluid, billed Ford, and I was back on the road. With Ford ditching their AWD cars, it all but guarantees I'll be off to my next brand soon. Unfortunately, that leaves Hiller with only 2 years (end of my lease) to land rights to sell me another brand - please do! More

"Certified" Used 2015 F150 Platinum I bought a "certified" used 2015 F150 Platinum with 39,000 miles on it back in May of 2017. Since then I have had to bring the truck back 3 times to I bought a "certified" used 2015 F150 Platinum with 39,000 miles on it back in May of 2017. Since then I have had to bring the truck back 3 times to get the transmission, brakes, and noisy sun roof "inspected". Hiller told me that the sun roof is not covered under the certified "warranty", and it would cost $130 out of pocket to fix it. I spoke with the previous owner of the vehicle and he said the he had it in multiple time for the same issue with the sun roof. As far as the transmission goes there is a control module update that Ford has sent out with regard to the transmission, but Hiller still has not done it to this vehicle, even after I requested that they do it. The brakes shutter whenever the vehicle slows from anything over 40 mph. Hiller initially told me that was "normal", then they told me I probably need new rotors and brake pads, which was also not covered under the certified warranty. Recently, when driving at low speeds under 40 mph, the front wheels/axle make a grinding noise. Hiller is asking me to bring it in again, so they can check it out, but they said its likely not going to be covered, and it would be an out of pocket expense. All in all I estimate the truck requiring about $3,000 worth of work, which includes the transmission. I paid about $2,500 over comparable vehicles for sale at that time because it was a "certified used vehicle". Hiller is just another rip off car dealer. I do not recommend purchasing anything used from them. More
