I bought it used when I was stationed in Washington state and after 2 months of owning it, I had to replace the transmission so I may be a little paranoid when it comes to the transmission, plus 09 escapes don't have great ratings online, but that's the companies fault, not the dealers. The transmission was acting a little rough so I brought it in to get checked. The are very friendly and welcoming and willing to explain everything to you. They offer rental cars free of charge. Then Aaron called and explained that they didn't find anything, even calling and checking with Ford about the issue. No one likes having to take their car in for service, but as long as I am taking it into them, I feel like I will always be treated with respect and integrity from the staff. Keep up the good work! Sold me a bad car, won't help I bought a van from Hiller Ford, and had three major issues in the nine months I've had it. The underbody was rusted out and NOT disclosed, and now th I bought a van from Hiller Ford, and had three major issues in the nine months I've had it. The underbody was rusted out and NOT disclosed, and now the motor blew out. They offered me $500 towards the $3,800 repair I'll need. I still owe $7,200 on this lemon, and Hiller won't take responsibility for selling me a bad car. They told me too call a lawyer. Stay classy, Hiller. You're why people don't trust car dealerships.
