Ken Hiller opened the doors to Hiller Ford on May 1, 1954. Originally called Hales Corners Motors, the dealership was located in the village of Hales Corners. In the summer of 1959, Ken moved the dealership to its current location on Highway 100, one-half mile south of Hales Corners to the city of Franklin. As Franklin, Hales Corners and the rest of the area grew, so did Hiller Ford. Today, Hiller Ford is one of the largest Ford dealerships in the state of Wisconsin. Hiller Ford has won Ford's prestigious President's Award for customer satisfaction and sales leadership 15 times! In closing, I'd like to say it has been a privilege to serve our fine customers over the past 65 years. We have been very fortunate to be a part of the great community we serve.

Poor service department I took my 96 Grand Marquix into Hiller. I got a recall in the mail for the cruise control. I didn't think is was needed but my wife took it in. Tha I took my 96 Grand Marquix into Hiller. I got a recall in the mail for the cruise control. I didn't think is was needed but my wife took it in. Thats right, now the cruise doesn't work. Guy there said it was a coincidence! After 18 years the cruise went the same day you worked on it! Incredible. More

Smaller dealership, fair prices. Straightforward negotiating. They did not try to hide the price by constantly turning the conversations toward payment amounts, which tends to feel condescending and negotiating.
