I drove from Appleton to Hiller Ford to look at a used 2008 Ranger to replace my 2003. I found the vehicle listed on the Internet and talked to the parts manager Mike Luttrop since I know him as he is a m 2008 Ranger to replace my 2003. I gave him what I was looking for he did a search and told me they could not find what I wanted and we would have to order one. When all is said and done I walked away feeling very good about my purchase. Jeff Inwood was very friendly, very acomidating Very informative,and very polite even when I was getting impacient about the delivery taking what I thought was getting to be a long time. I live an hour away from the dealership. When I called about an Explorer listed online, Jeff immediately pulled the car from the lot until I could get there to see it.
