It is important to clarify that our policy is not intended to “screw” customers or force unfavorable terms. In-house financing is offered because it allows us to ensure consistency, transparency, and timely completion of transactions, and many of our customers find it competitive and beneficial. That said, we fully respect that financing preferences vary, and we regret that our policies did not align with yours in this instance. In fact, we do business directly with your preferred lender but you were unwilling to provide us the information required to move forward with that option. Most importantly, we acknowledge that we should have communicated this more clearly and earlier in the process, and we apologize for that breakdown. We take feedback like this seriously and will use it to improve how we set expectations going forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you the very best moving forward.

Hillsboro Ford TX, are you completely insane? We tired to pick up a cashiers check from our credit union to pay for the truck and we were still told no! What do you mean you do direct business with my preferred lender? Our credit union was on the phone with your finance manager and he told them no! Don't twist this to make it look like I didn't do what I needed to. I tried in every way to buy the truck from your company, even offered to drive 2-hour round trip to get a cashiers check for you!!!
