i bought a new 2020 f150 from here and had a couple problems that were taken care of. I have 46000 miles on it now mostly highway and transmission started banging while shifting and the tech found a ne problems that were taken care of. I have 46000 miles on it now mostly highway and transmission started banging while shifting and the tech found a new tsb and did the work to take care of the problem hopefully .still have a few little things that i am not sure about ( a little glitch in the engine that they say is the turbo kicking in at 1700-2000 rpms . not sure this truck will outlast my 2002 f250 that i traded in with 323000 miles on it.still has a little shift glitch in it ,we will see More

Took my 2022 pristine condition F350 for road force tire balancing, they used worn out sockets with the impact wrench, this caused permanent damage to ALL 32 nuts that are FORD stock in black color and now balancing, they used worn out sockets with the impact wrench, this caused permanent damage to ALL 32 nuts that are FORD stock in black color and now they are rusting and all rounded. Contacted the service manager and he was unable to have it properly fixed (get new nuts and use a tight socket) and he was very unpolite. Disappointed More
