The dealership was clean, well illuminated, and the people were friendly, but honestly I don't believe that they did "everything they could have" to help me secure a good price on my car. I felt as though they were wolves in sheep's clothing. At one point I was about to walk out because the numbers they quoted me were ABSURD, and that was supposed to be the "best they could do". Suddenly the finance guy runs out of the office and miraculously returns with an extra $1000 credit. Really? I probably should have walked out. The car was marked way up. By the way, I've never heard of the need to transfer your insurance over to the car PRIOR to the sale being finalized in order to get a "financing quote". On top of everything, after eviscerating me, they asked for a glowing 5 star review across the board. Wow. More

My last experience with Honda was fine but my overall experience with Honda is unsatisfactory. I will not buy a Honda from Hillside Honda again. My car keeps making this loud noise and I keep being told experience with Honda is unsatisfactory. I will not buy a Honda from Hillside Honda again. I asked 2 other people who have the same exact vehicle that I have if their vehicle makes this roaring noise only coming from one pipe and they said no. I’ve also read many reviews and saw nothing about a roaring annoying noise being normal. So I am not convinced that this annoying noise is normally. After all I did have to bring the car back in for a factory mishap which should have been noticed before the car was sold. When I took my car to the express service spot one had the nerve to tell me the noise is coming from another vehicle. Yes you heard correctly. More
